Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at nuoshengx.com. We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your order under the conditions below.

Return Period

  • United States: You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • European Union: If your order was delivered within the EU, you have the legal right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason.

  • Please ensure the package is shipped back within the applicable return window.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, unless the order has already been processed and a tracking code issued.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in new, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition, suitable for resale, with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

  • Products returned in used or non-original condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • In the case of defective items, our service team will first perform an inspection and analysis to confirm the defect.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for products in new condition, within the 30-day return period.

  • Once your exchange request is registered, we immediately begin processing your replacement item to minimize waiting time.

Return Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Costs depend on the courier and your location.

  • Shipping for reimbursement must be made to the address provided by our service team. Returns sent to any other address (such as the sender address on the package) will not be processed.

  • We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 5 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank, it may take up to 3 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 14 days after receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Cases

We generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in cases of customer error, such as:

  • Incorrect size, color, or pattern selection

  • Wrong shipping address provided

Filing a Complaint

If you believe you received a defective or incorrect product, please email contact@nuoshengx.com and include:

  1. Order number

  2. Video/picture of the defective product

  3. For printing errors: a clear photo of the error

  4. For size/position issues: a photo with a tape measure or ruler placed on the product

  5. If items are missing: a photo of the shipping envelope and visible shipping label

This documentation is necessary so our production department can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

  • Delivery times may vary around public holidays or due to carrier delays.

  • Eleante disclaims all liability for goods returned to incorrect addresses not provided by our customer service team.
